Start with a decision, an audience and the questions you need answered. Verso helps you turn that brief into interviews and findings your team can act on.
1

Define what you need to learn

Open New study and describe your project or bring an existing brief. For example:
We are evaluating a refill format across the UK, US and Germany. What would make shoppers switch, what concerns could hold them back, and how should we explain its value?
Creating a study explains how to get started.
2

Shape the conversation

Review the research objectives and interview guide. Combine open questions with any screening, ratings or concepts you need. The design assistant can help develop and refine the guide.
3

Test and launch

Experience the interview as a participant before sharing it. Check the language, questions and any media, then launch with your own audience or a recruitment partner.See Testing your study and Recruitment.
4

Understand and share

Follow fieldwork as responses arrive. Use the report to understand the main findings, inspect their evidence, and ask the Research Agent about the questions that matter to your team.
Your Verso contact can help scope the project, plan the sample and prepare the analysis. If you already have results, start with Reading a report.
