A credit is one whole unit. Balances and movements are always round numbers, never fractions of a credit. An administrator can open Company Settings and read the balance under Credits.

Reading the card

The balance at the top is the sum of every movement ever recorded on your organization. The history below it lists the most recent of those movements, newest first, each with its date, its type, its amount, the reason it was recorded and who recorded it. When there are more than the table holds, a line under it says so. A grant adds credits, normally against an invoice, and the note carries the invoice reference so you can reconcile it. An adjustment is a correction Verso makes, such as reversing a duplicate charge or applying a commercial gesture; it can move the balance in either direction. Nothing is ever edited or removed: a mistake is corrected by a new movement, which appears in its turn at the top of the list.

Changing the balance

Verso manages your balance, so the page has nothing to click. Ask your Verso contact, or write to contact@askverso.ai, to add credits. They appear in the history the next time you open the page.
