# Reading a report

> Open a study report, move from its summary to its findings, and check the evidence behind a conclusion.

A Verso report answers the study's research objectives and keeps every important conclusion close to the participant evidence behind it. Open a study and select **Report**.

## Get to the answer quickly

    Check who took part, the markets covered and the interview context. Read the
    executive summary for the main conclusions.

    Each objective has a direct answer followed by the findings that explain it.
    Use the page outline to move to the business question you care about.

    Open a finding for its full analysis and supporting answers. Select citation
    chips to review the relevant participant, answer or evidence set.

## Use a conclusion with confidence

Before presenting a finding, compare several cited answers with the synthesis. Check the cohort behind any count and look for disagreement or a boundary to the pattern. A spontaneous mention, an adaptive follow-up and a choice from a presented list answer different questions.

Qualitative results describe the people studied and the context in which they answered. Use counts to clarify the observed cohort, rather than to imply wider market incidence.

If a presentation has been prepared, the Report tab provides its PowerPoint download and PDF preview. Generated presentations can include recommendations alongside the findings. See [Exports](/reports/exports).
