# Help with your study

> Quick checks and a direct route to the Verso team.

If something is getting in the way of your research, start with the checks below or contact [contact@askverso.ai](mailto:contact@askverso.ai).

  <Accordion title="I cannot find a study or feature">
    Check the workspace selected in your account menu and ask an administrator to confirm your access. Some capabilities need to be enabled for your workspace or study. See [Team access](/administration/members-and-roles).

  <Accordion title="My study is not ready to launch">
    Follow the items Verso highlights and use the [launch checklist](/fielding/readiness-checklist). Test the interview before distributing the link.

  <Accordion title="Participants cannot start or record">
    Check that fieldwork is open and that you have shared the intended recruitment link. For recording issues, check the browser's microphone and camera permissions. See [The participant experience](/fielding/what-participants-see).

  <Accordion title="A transcript or result needs checking">
    Return to the recording or supporting responses. Check the participant group and filters when comparing counts. Share the study and affected answer with your Verso contact if something needs correction.

    Name the study, audience and question you want to explore. Ask for supporting sources and specify the output you need, such as a comparison or a short stakeholder summary. See [Research Agent](/exploring/research-agent) for examples.

When contacting support, include the study link, what you expected and what happened. That helps us get to the right answer quickly.
