# Importing interviews

Importing recorded interviews lets teams bring existing qualitative conversations into Verso and analyze them alongside their research. It is useful when interviews were conducted by a moderator, collected through another workflow, or completed before a Verso study began.

Bringing these conversations into one research environment makes it easier to compare evidence, identify themes, and connect insights to the source material. Teams can build a broader view across newly collected and existing interviews while keeping participant voices central to the analysis.

Before importing, confirm that your organization has the appropriate participant consent and rights to process the recordings. The Verso team will help assess whether the available materials and intended analysis fit the private beta.
